DIANA PASCHAL

Diana Paschal is a New York City based yoga instructor, meditation teacher and life coach. She leads transformational classes and workshops, leading her clients to create more space in the body while connecting deeply with themselves and the world around them. She strives to leave her clients with a stronger inner awareness and peace. Her classes offer a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation and pranayama, that is intelligently sequenced and emphasizes safe, proper alignment. Her practice is informed by her studies in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Katonah yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation.

JILLIAN PRANSKY

Jillian Pransky, E-RYT 500, is an international presenter and the director of Restorative Therapeutic Yoga teacher training for YogaWorks. Her Calm Body, Clear Mind DVD and Relaxmore CD have garnered excellent reviews from Dr. Mehmet Oz, Yoga Journal, and many others. Jillian is a featured yoga expert for Prevention Magazine. A student of Pema Chödrön’s work since 1998, Jillian infuses her yoga classes with mindfulness practices, compassion, and ease. Her seamless style of working simultaneously with the body, mind, and spirit, while attuning with nature and the environment, creates inspiring classes and an integrative healing experience. Her debut wellness book, Deep Listening, will be published by Rodale in fall 2017. 

LIZA LAIRD

Finding ways to quiet and calm the mind in a fast-paced city like New York is no small task. Liza’s teaching grew out of her own desire to balance many competing demands on her attention while still feeling a sense of purpose and direction. She quickly found that she was not alone and that many men and women are struggling with the very same challenges. Liza turned to yoga for guidance over a decade ago.

MOSES BROWN

Moses Brown is a Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching throughout Maryland since 1991. He also leads Yoga Teacher Trainings and Yoga Immersion Programs where his teachings create an approach that is physically dynamic, mentally stimulating, and therapeutic. Moses brings focus, concentration, and mindfulness to his classes, weaving them together with playfulness, joy and FUN!
