How do I get there?


Most attendees drive to Race Brook for the weekend. From NYC, North Jersey, and Long Island it is about a 2.5 hour drive. From Boston it is 3 hours. You can find driving directions on the Race Brook site.

Ride Shares:

If you are looking to share a ride or can provide a ride, please make mention of this during registration and we will do our best to help coordinate. Please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to find you a ride share. Car rentals or taking the bus from Port Authority in NYC are alternative transportation options. 


Peter Pan bus service runs from NYC's Port Authority to Sheffield, MA in 3.5 hours. Round-trip tickets are about $85 and can be purchased directly on their website

Arrival/Departure Information

Check-in begins at 2pm on the start date of the retreat. People will be arriving throughout the day so feel free to check-in and explore the grounds as you wish. The scheduled programming will begin with a 6pm yoga session followed by dinner. 

Check-out is at 1pm on Sunday, November 8th. You have access to the grounds until 5pm that day so please feel free to hang around and enjoy the nature.


  • Cell phone service is unreliable in the Berkshires, but the property has free Wi-Fi.  
  • 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, 1 Brunch, and 2 Dinners are included in your stay. The property has some small snacks available for purchase in the lodge, but we suggest packing light snacks to tide you over if you think you'll need something.
  • All meals offer fresh local foods: fish, chicken, turkey, and eggs will be on the menu. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, and allergy sensitive meals are available upon request. 

Yoga Classes

Classes will be held in a beautiful wooden bar on the B&B grounds. The weekend offerings are mainly slow flow vinyasa. Evening classes may include extra meditation and deep relaxation. While accessible to students of most levels, beginners should contact us before registering.

Please note this property is NOT a retreat center therefore you will be required to bring your own yoga practice gear. This includes: yoga mats, blocks, straps, cushions, anything that you require for your personal practice.

What is NOT included in the vacation price?
