The magnificent musical brook lined with cozy hammocks and the unforgettable meals prepared by a natural gourmet chef will leave you feeling nourished from the inside out.

This rustic-chic family-owned B&B has been a favorite of Jillian Pransky's students for years. And by popular request, Jillian has chosen to return for her annual fall retreat to share this magic with you. Spread over 80-acres, the surrounding landscape is brimming with nature, fresh mountain air, a hiking path that connects to the Appalachian Trail, and even a waterfall. With no phones, TVs, or minibars you are given complete permission to rest and relax during this revitalizing fall weekend.
Amenities include: beautiful yoga barn, farm-to-table food, decorated with antiques, and nature walking trails.

Author of Deep Listening, an international presenter, certified yoga therapist and meditation teacher are just some of Jillian Pranksy's accomplishments. She is creator of Yoga Journal’s Restorative 101, director of Restorative Therapeutic Teacher Training for YogaWorks, and a featured yoga expert for Prevention magazine. Jillian teaches at prominent wellness centers throughout the country such as Kripalu, Omega, and 1440 Multiversity. Her Calm Body, Clear Mind DVD and Relax More CD have garnered excellent reviews from Dr. Mehmet Oz, Yoga Journal, and others. A student of Pema Chödrön’s work since 1998, Jillian Pranksy infuses her yoga classes with mindfulness practices, compassion, and ease.
