August 30 - September 3, 2012. Stretch out your summer at our 2nd Annual Labor Day yoga and meditation vacation with April Martucci. Lush Caribbean jungle, dinner under the stars, swimming in an ocean pool created by rocks, this is just some of what you have to look forward to in Utuado, Puerto Rico. Join us as we celebrate the end of summer on a former coffee plantation in the Puerto Rican mountains. You'll enjoy the cabins set amid the tropical landscape and stunning 360º views of the jungle. Each cabin has a private balcony and hammock so you can commune with nature and receive the quite calm.
Silent mornings and meditation will set your intention for the day. Journal writing before breakfast will allow time for reflection and change. A vigorous morning FireDragonYoga practice awakens your body and soul. In the afternoons we'll explore the stunning terrain with a hike through a local village to a nearby waterfall, take to the beach and sun bathe ocean side to create harmony and happiness within, or camp out in your hammock and enjoy sounds of the jungle animals while you drift off for a nap. The early evening workshops bring us back together to dive deeper into our bodies and give us the opportunity to explore the hips, the heart, and the head.
