As Pravassa's founder, I've been leading travelers around the world on wellness tours since 2009. As a certified Wellness Expert and myofascial release Instructor, my presence on-site enables clients to reach their full wellness potential by facilitating individual relaxation, stress reduction and life-balancing education. When not traveling, I create individualized travel itineraries for the people and companies that are looking to restore productivity and creativity. 


While working in the stressful environments of advertising and finance, I started a yoga practice that benefitted my mind as much as my body. In 2005 I received my 200-Hour yoga teacher certification and began to set aside time for my practice wherever I was in the world and found I was able to more fully experience places like Nepal, Cambodia, South Africa and Australia. As a Well-Being Travel Specialist, certified through The Travel Institute, leading wellness travelers on a healthy getaways is fulfilling and energizing for all.


Having grown up in San Francisco, London, and Hong Kong, I am fortunate to have developed an appreciation for experiencing new places, cultures and environments. I hold a degree in Photojournalism from NYU as well as a Masters Degree in Integrative Health Studies. Incorporating my life experiences, educational background and passion for helping others has always been the path I have chosen. 

Aarona Ganesan

Inspired by 20 plus years of yoga, 12 years as a yoga teacher and wellness advisor, a BFA in photography and mixed media arts, and a love of writing and globe trotting, Aarona is deeply inspired to share her growth and tools with others. Her classes combine various yoga and meditation disciplines where she invites you to safely explore your edge and enliven the wisdom of your senses. Aarona teaches public yoga classes, facilitates global adventure yoga retreats, leads empowering women’s workshops, mentors new yoga teachers and offers private coaching.


In the early-1990s, Annette Tomei left a career in commercial real estate to pursue a life-long passion for all things food and drink. She graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 1994 and launched into a second career that has included cooking in some of the most prestigious kitchens in New York City, owning her own restaurant and private chef business serving the ski resorts surrounding Salt Lake City, Utah, and being a private chef catering to several exclusive wineries in the Napa Valley.


With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, April was named 'most in demand' for vinyasa yoga classes by New York Magazine's, Best of New York. She has taught a wide range of students from A-list celebrities to toddlers, artists, and high-profile professionals. A seasoned instructor and bodyworker, April has a global presence - she has been teaching retreats all over the world for almost a decade and has guest taught at yoga conferences and international events.


Intelligent, playful, and heart-based is how Bita describes her approach to yoga. Emphasizing awareness, breath, core principles, and alignment, Bita integrates these techniques in both movement and in stillness providing access to our true nature. Cultivating a sacred space to open the body, free the mind, and connect with spirit, she aspires to ignite the magic of our existence and the bliss of living this presence.


Diana Paschal is a New York City based yoga instructor, meditation teacher and life coach. She leads transformational classes and workshops, leading her clients to create more space in the body while connecting deeply with themselves and the world around them. She strives to leave her clients with a stronger inner awareness and peace. Her classes offer a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation and pranayama, that is intelligently sequenced and emphasizes safe, proper alignment. Her practice is informed by her studies in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Katonah yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation.


Erica Mather, M.A., E-RYT, has been teaching yoga in New York City since 2006, and coaching clients since 2007. A certified Forrest Yoga instructor, Forrest Yoga Guardian and Mentor Teacher, Erica studies with Ana Forrest. She teaches at PURE Yoga in NYC (voted by Fitness Magazine to have the best Yoga Instructors in the U.S.), and her classes are fun and challenging, with special attention paid to intelligent sequencing and deeper feeling of the postures though coached breathing, detailed alignment, and innovative assists.


Erica started teaching fitness and nutrition in 2007 while she earned her B.A. in Communications and double minor in Exercise & Health Science and Fitness Instruction. Today, her passion is reflected in through her duel careers at Barry’s Bootcamp as VP of Community Relations and VP of Fitness Development in San Francisco. Known as San Francisco’s little "firecracker", Erica's endless energy and personal connection will motivate you to reach and exceed your fitness and wellness goals.


Community, healing and empowerment are the roots of Jennifer Colletti’s teaching. As a consummate student she studies Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Restorative styles of yoga. Jennifer teaches from an alignment perspective to all levels of yogi's. A former Fashion Designer, turned Certified Yoga Instructor & Wellness Expert with a special focus on Yoga for Women’s Health, Jennifer is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach with the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT), Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), as well as an essential oil lover!


Jillian Pransky, E-RYT 500, is an international presenter and the director of Restorative Therapeutic Yoga teacher training for YogaWorks. Her Calm Body, Clear Mind DVD and Relaxmore CD have garnered excellent reviews from Dr. Mehmet Oz, Yoga Journal, and many others. Jillian is a featured yoga expert for Prevention Magazine. A student of Pema Chödrön’s work since 1998, Jillian infuses her yoga classes with mindfulness practices, compassion, and ease. Her seamless style of working simultaneously with the body, mind, and spirit, while attuning with nature and the environment, creates inspiring classes and an integrative healing experience. Her debut wellness book will be published by Rodale in fall 2017. 


Johnson is an accomplished yogi holding several certifications including: 200HR Vinyasa Yoga, 500HR Akhanda Yoga with Swami Vishvketu in India and over 500 hours of additional training with Courtney Bauer in A.pplied N.eo Y.ogic A.wareness, a philosophy of movement that is a multi-disciplinary integration. Johnson is also an advanced Thai Massage Practitioner, Reiki Master, as well as a senior instructor at Studio Anya, having studied the integration of movement and healing through Anya's AUM curriculum and subtle energetic healing work.


One of the most sought after yoga teachers in New York for her spirited and positive teaching style. Julie is a native New Yorker who teaches classes focusing on alignment principles and therapeutic aspects of the practice with clear instruction and has a natural flair for making yoga accessible. She creates a space for students to use yoga as a pathway to personal growth. Julie leads workshops, yoga Immersions and Teacher Trainings with passion and commitment to inspire students’ inner awareness, creativity, and see possibility in all areas of life.

Karen Rider

Karen Rider, E-RYT 500 came to the practice of yoga over 20 years ago seeking relief from sports injuries and back pain. She quickly discovered the transformative healing powers of yoga and began her journey of traveling around the country to train and learn from some of the top yoga masters in the world in the Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and Vinyasa traditions, as well as with meditation, philosophy ,and Ayurveda scholars. She continues to deepen her studies in all realms of yoga with an emphasis on the the therapeutic aspects of the practice. She fully believes that healing comes from within, incorporating all the limbs of yoga and holistic health. 


Experienced Yoga Educator, inspiring Life Coach and Business Entrepreneur, Laura Erdman-Luntz has over 20 years experience in the fitness and wellness industries. She uniquely blends her Life Coaching knowledge and vast experience with yoga to create programs, classes and workshops that truly do bring mind and body together for positive change, inspiring people to live their most authentic life


Lena is the owner of a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy Practice in Atlanta, GA. She has years of experience integrating meditation, yoga, and inner experiential exercises into her sacred healing work clients. Utilizing her specialized training in LifeForce Yoga (Yoga for Mood Management) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Lena helps clients remove inner obstructions to rediscover that innate source of health and happiness that lives within. 


Finding ways to quiet and calm the mind in a fast-paced city like New York is no small task. Liza’s teaching grew out of her own desire to balance many competing demands on her attention while still feeling a sense of purpose and direction. She quickly found that she was not alone and that many men and women are struggling with the very same challenges. Liza turned to yoga for guidance over a decade ago.

Lynne Dominick is a holistic agent for change. She is a lightworker and personal growth strategist devoted to being of service to women who are tired of chasing a feeling to find something better and hungry to make a difference in their lives. Lynne launched her business, Kismet Alchemy, to serve those who share her core values of holistic wellness, positive living and giving back. She works with clients through one-on-one coaching and group workshops providing a road map to enlightenment and self-awareness.


Margaret Mann is a New York City based yoga instructor and self-proclaimed tennis addict. Following a successful career in the arts, she was in search of something deeper. Margaret took her first yoga class in 2002 and as a former dancer and stylist; she was drawn to the symmetry, detail, intelligence and sweaty physicality of a vinyasa practice. It wasn't long before her yoga practice revealed itself not only as a path to her personal truth but also as the way to be of service to others.
