The same approach can be used to improve mental function and creativity; it's called taking a vacation. We invite you to join us along with Barry's Bootcamp trainers Erica Stenz and Tommy Stracke when we travel to Nosara, Costa Rica for a week of intense focus on fitness and relaxation. We've chosen to host this week in a Blue Zone, famed for its wellness principles that allow people to live longer, happier, less stressed lives. For 8-days we'll commit to self-care through challenging cardio, strength training, yoga, meditation, and of course time in the ocean.
